Badges
Our badges are exclusive and were designed by 911 Market.  They are made in Copper, 100% solid with a heavy duty pin and post backing for durability. Available 
 in both Silver or Gold, these are high quality at a great price that look awesome in any collection or on any uniform.  We are please to offer Lapel Pins and decals to match most of our badge designs.  We are also 
 an authorized dealer for both Blackinton Badges as well as Smith Warren Badges. Contact us with your custom badge requests for more information.
Cord Reels
These plastic cord reels measure 1.4″ wide x 2.0″ long and has a cord that is approximately 24″ long.  We place a full color logo or patch design on a reflective vinyl 
decal and include this in the center of the cord reel, measuring 0.8″ diameter.
Decals
The vast majority of our decals are printed in house and many of these are exclusive 911 Market designs.  We print on a
Matte Calendar Vinyl
with a
 clear Over Laminate for protection and extending the life span of your decal.

Roland Reflective Vinyl
which is highly visible in daylight and at night, excellent for environmental and safety graphics, including 
 safety and patrol vehicle graphics.  Meets
ASTM D4956 – Type I
specifications and is a pressure sensitive material that will conform to irregular curves and indentations, Water Resistant and Semi-Matte Reflective 
 Finish.  Ideal for both indoor or outdoor use.  We are happy to provide custom graphics, contact us with your request.
ID Cards / ID Tags
Our ID Cards are produced in house, by hand and are exclusive to 911 Market.  We use CR80 PVC Plastic cards, measuring 3.370″ x 2.125″ or 85.6mm x 54mm. 
 The difference between our ID Cards and ID Tags would be a Card is full color and full coverage, where our ID Tags are single color and typically a small text box on the bottom portion of the card.  These are 
 printed single sided.  We do offer custom ID Cards and ID Tags, contact us for pricing.
Lapel Pins
All our lapel pins are exclusive to 911 Market, many of which we have designed ourselves.  They will come with either a deluxe clasp or pin and post, 
 depending on auction photos.  They are beautiful and practical, typically measuring 1″ tall.  Please see picture for actual size.
Patches
We offer both industry available and exclusive embroidered patches designed by 911 Market.  Most come with plastic backing for durability.  Please see auction 
 picture and description for more details.

Combined Discount
Combined discounts are available on multiple items won.

TERMS OF SALE
Payment
Payment is required within 5 days of winning an auction item or items.  If you need more time, please message us.  Otherwise, we will open a non-payment claim on the 6th day.  This is due to the fact that 
ebay charges us a fee for the sale of the item and if you don’t pay or change your mind, we are still paying for an item that is not really sold.
Delivery Times
Please understand we operate and ship on weekdays only.  We do not ship on weekends and it may take 1-2 business days to get your item(s) created, packaged and shipped.
Any timeframe you see on our auction for delivery are published by Ebay only and not in cooperation with or supported by 911 Market.

times and in most cases items are received quickly (just read our feedback), but please be advised that this may not always be the case and the timing you receive our items is 100% dependant on the postal service(s) and time of year.

Product Descriptions
Please DO NOT assume anything with our auctions.  If it’s not listed, it’s not the case.  If your unsure, please contact us.  Our items are NOT “FIRE Rated” and don’t claim to be.  We try to  be as accurate as we can in our descriptions so based on the pictures and descriptons, we are confident that you would know exactly what you are purchasing.
Disputes
If you have a concern or dispute about a product, we ask for the opportunity to discuss this with you and resolve any issues we can.  Please allow us a few days to respond to your emails as we do not work weekends, so  you will be answered with the next 1-2 business days.  In most cases we have been able to resolve any concerns you may have.
Feedback
Due to the volume of sales we have, we typically leave feedback in batches, on a weekly to bi-weekly basis.  We appreciate you leaving us positive feedback and we will do the same in kind for you, during our next regular  feedback update.
Returns
We are happy to accept returns in most cases, but will require the item(s) to be returned to us at your expense.  We will pay the shipping for the replacement, but YOU will have to pay for the shipping to return the item. This is not only FAIR, but standard practice.
If you refuse to return the item, no replacement or refund will be issued and we will respond to the dispute with the same answer.
Customer Service
We are available via email Monday to Friday during regular business hours, although in may cases you may receive a response from us outside of business hours.  We are here to make your purchasing experience a pleasure  and are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Please feel free to contact us if you require more information on a product or have any feedback.
Costs and Fees
To help our customers stay educated, we wanted to share with you the fees Ebay and Paypal charge us when you purchase one of our items.  On a typical patch selling for $4.50 we pay $0.59 to Ebay and $0.49 to Paypal when you purchase one.  That’s $1.08 for just one single patch and that does not include the shipping fees.
ABOUT US
911 Market is a Family Run Business operated by a full time Paramedic and family. 911 Market has been in business since 2008 and operates an online and trade show presence only.  There is no physical store front, although we are a registered business with a government issued tax number.
Between our Ebay store (911Market) and our websites of the same name, we have sold thousands of items to people in most countries of the world.  We have a solid reputation for being fair and honest and we are always  adding new “exclusive” items to our inventory on a regular basis.
Customer service is important to us and although we work 12 hour shifts as many of you do, we try to stay on top of emails and shipping.
