Payment Terms:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500.00 Non Refundable Payment deposit within 12 Hours of the close of the auction. Buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 Days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

CASH (in person), CERTIFIED CHECK, BANK TRANSFER, THIRD PARTY FINANCE, Paypal for deposit only.
Fees and Taxes:
$379.00 documentation fee. Tennessee residents subject to Tennessee Sales Tax and License Fees. Out of State residents will pay any sales tax or licensing fees due in their state of residence. Out of state buyers are responsible for all State, County, City Taxes and Fees, as well as, Title/Registration Fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Acceptable Payment Methods: Cashiers Check, Bank Wire Transfer, Third party financing. PayPal will be accepted for Pre Payment only.
